ok i was just thinking, if someone was to move at superspeed... wouldnt you have to eat a lot, to keep up with all the energy you have when running?

I doubt so. Like with regen, you'd need extra energy to divide cells to heal, but Claire doesn't eat constantly. Actually most powers would need some sort of additional energy input
