when Hiro teleported to the future and saw the entire place collapsing do you think that might of been out good old friend Sammy made incredibly powerful because everyone had abilities

nah it was because of the formula someone with an ability i guess.

It could be one of 2 things:

1. Unstable artificial terrakinetic
2. Samuel made unstable because of the increased number of EHs

or an explosion

It wasn't an explosion. More like an earthquake

it looked more of an earthquake but like the expolosion is s1 there was a lot of black smoke moving quickly and destroying everything in its path, it was sort of similar with this one.

The smoke in S1 was different. Dark grey, in a cloud which rose in a mushroom shape. That's what happens in a nuclear explosion
