Which was the second in the first ep? I can remember 2 in the second angels episode, but not in that one.

The producers have hinted that in "Flesh and Stone" the scene where the doctor leaves with River and Father Octavian and then returns to tell Amy that she needs to start trusting him now has been said that there is something important about the scene as if the Doctor has arrived from the future and told Amy this before leaving again.

I enjoyed it, altho I got that they were both dreams the second the Dream Master appeared.

I wouldn't say so although a dark side of the Doctor, which was created somewhere between his 12th and final regenerations appeared in the origional classic series under the name the Valeyard.
