My theory: River Song

Ok she has a close relationship with the doctor. I actually think that she is the Doctor's daughter, Jenny. Firstly notice how River Song never reveals her last name. Also she seems to be wild and out going like Jenny was.

I'm not quite sure. I also think she kills the doctor or cause him to regenerate next time round as she killed someone thats why shes in prison. She said she killed "A very good man. Best man I've ever known." Also she mentioned that thing at the end of the episode to the doctor
