Is his Replication the one on the wiki - cloning yourself and other people and objects too? Unnoticability sounds like Induced Unnoticeability, Attention Deflection or Imperceptibility, depending on exactly how it works. The other 2 are unique here.

They might be there under different names. I've put links on the names for each slot. I don't think you have the Tranquiliser Breath one at least. The Replication one is the one on the wiki. I'd say the Unnoticability is the same thing as one of those three. Considering how many powers you've listed, I'm suprised to have ones you haven't got.

I'd say he'll have it more like IU but it will only work on himself for the foreseeable future so he can't hide others.

What'd you call an ability which blocks/negates all dimensional abilities? Teleporting abilities, time travel, freezing time etc. What about Time And Space Negation?

Electrical Torture
The ability to produce an electrical-looking spark which causes intense pain to whoever it strikes. It isn't real electricity, as it doesn't electrocute or even burn. It also has no effect if it doesn't strike someone living. It appears as a fast moving blue-white blur.
