It wasn't long before he said goodbye to his brother and hung up. He was almost glad to avoid further inquisition. Briefly, he wondered if he'd been mad mentioning Neil at all. The next morning, he woke up earlier and couldn't be bothered with lounging around at home. Because of that - and his inability to drive slowly or even at what most would call a normal speed - he arrived early at work. He was one of the first into the building.

Neil's eye shot open when the alarm went off. The apartment was colder than usual, but it could just be the absence of the warmth from Tyler's body. It was strange how fast you could get used to a feeling as simple as human warmth. But the thought of Tyler waiting at work made him rise from the bed, make his breakfast and drive to work.
He entered the HQ, still a little drowsy. Tyler appeared in Neil's field of sight and a smile spread across his face.

No problem, he smiled. Because he'd arrived so early, he already knew that they had to wait here til the results of the locating attempts came through. Those were being a little slower than usual by now, but not yet enough to worry.

"It wouldn't actually surprise me if we are just a small step from creating human-like robots. I mean, look at us and what we can do." Neil said gesturing at both of them and then Liam further ahead.

"Yeah. I mean, it is not that far-fetched when you think about it. We have seen all kinds of things with abilities, so why not human robots?" Neil then stopped dramatically for a while. "A robot apocalypse!" Neil got swept up in the moment. "And then they could make a movie about it with us as the main cast, trying to restore the world to what it once was."
