If a person had the ability to interfere with the understanding of speech/writing/gestures and sign language, but couldn't also affect communication machines and abilities which use communication, would it still count as Communication Disruption (which can do the other stuff in both current examples of it), or would it be a new ability? And if it was a new ability, what would be an alternative name?
