Shielding ought to still protect someone against Inability if the person shielding is far enough away

it will still work, it just removes the abilities from the user if they are in the area, but if the person has shielding was out of the radias and was shielding a person within the radias they will still be able to be shielded

If the person Shielding was out of the radius, she'd be able to still Shield the victim, so the victim would still have their abilities.

And Ability Preservation would still work, too

inability removes abilities within the radias, without any exception. Thats why its different to ability blocking.

1. Ability Preversation also preserves abilities without exception, though That's the entire purpose of it
2. Ability Blocking doesn't even do that!!!!!!!!!!!
