I would think that they could do good if is saw someone with regen properties. Also most would go against people will like them now that the world knows nothing inhumane can be done to them as people would know and testify against it because people will think its wrong!

It's against basic human rights to imprison or persecute someone for how they're born, unless you can prove they're threat enough to warrant it.
