Have you seen the first one? It basically picks up from the end of that.
He gets taken away by the ambulance then wakes up kills the drivers and heads to the hospital to kill virtually everyone in there while trying find his wee sister,who's there cause of what happened at the end of the first film..I don't want to spoil anything cause it gets a well weird after that lol
