World 8 questions (Cautionary Tales)

1. Should we have the virus mutate soon so that the current cure is ineffective?
2. If we do, should regens be affected?
3. We mentioned before someone developing a second cure, and abusing it. Are we doing that now?

i think the virus mutating should maybe be the cause of the government stopping the hunting of EHs

and Regens shouldn't be affected because any virus that gets in their bodies would be destroyed before it had a chance to multiply and do any real damage, but maybe if they were injected with it....

Doesn't it eventually mutate enough to block the ability before their regen can help them fight it off, though?

if it mutated enough for it to be powerful enough to immediately stop powers then for NEHs it would just kill them immediately, which for a virus isn't good

No, it'd still kill at the same speed

so basically if it mutates enough then if you walk into an area where their is one virus cell then you just lose all your powers

No, cause your body wouldn't be invaded by just one

but if one virus cell got inside the body is that game over for them

that is shit, one virus cell vs your whole bodies immune system + (in some cases) Regen or resistance or both

Would the government possibly make a policy refusing known EHs from accessing the current cure, while that works and they're hunted? Sort of a "it's your fault, so you should suffer the consequences" policy? Or could they possibly start using the virus as a weapon against us?

Oh, and will Niki be rescued/escape herself, or do we have to fail in freeing her? I can't imagine Micah not trying.

Roughly how long are we going to be hunted for? Because I've an idea for a SL after for me, and I'd need to know when to start laying the foundations for that

and are we going to have like a period of calm between the ending of the hunting and the beginning of the virus mutating, because i want to do an SL if we do that
