Yeah but there wasn't a single episode anywhere near up to the standard of even the worst episodes during Season 1. It's gotten to the point now where it's laughable to compare it with other shows.

volume 4 was good. i have to say nearly every episode was awesome.

i say a few episodes in volume 5 were good. like ink etc. But none were as good as s1 :sigh:

There are points, like literally scenes, not episodes, but scenes where the writers show some of the promise they showed in S1, but that isn't a good thing. We need a show that has proper plot development, an actual plot might be nice while they're at it, and grounded characters that get the airtime they deserve without disappearing from our screens with hardly any acknowledgement that they existed and no hints at what they're doing or where they may be (Tracy and Mohinder). If they're not going to use them, just axe them. They don't serve the plot, the little time they do have on air is time wasted which could have been used on characters which the writers actually care about.

not axe tracy and they do sort of tell in the GN's. but i get what you mean... s5 is likley to happen and get 13 episodes, which i meant have to be action-packed.
