Doctor Who SPOILERS

Post by Flying Man! on June 6th 2010, 7:19 pm

Finale Pics,

The official Doctor Who site has confirmed that episode 13 will be called The Big Bang, once again another long-rumoured title. Even more exciting though, we have some potentially huge spoilers for these final episodes.

Read them below at your own risk!

Back in February it was reported that the finale would feature a whole host of the Doctor’s deadliest enemies. Well, it looks like fans won’t be disappointed.

The embargoed publicity photos for the episodes confirm the monster line-up as (deep breath); the new Daleks (red, white, and yellow flavours); Cybus Cybermen with Cyberleader; Sycorax; Silurians; Judoon; Black-robed pilot fish; the Hoix; Torchwood’s Weevils and Blowfish; and an Uvodni from The Sarah Jane Adventures. Not pictured but also apparently appearing are the Sontarans and Autons.

One of the scenes involves the Doctor being dragged and strapped down while various monsters and Roman Soldiers have him in their sights (you can see them surrounding the Doctor in the pic below).

Characters in the finale are Rory, River Song and young Amelia will also play a big part. Amy will find herself in mortal peril. Another pic shot shows Rory in Roman armour holding Amy screaming.

OK this is what I know some may just be rumours but most is fact Rory is returning along with River Song, a Van Gogh painting is said to be very important along with a scene in Flesh and Stone where the Doctor returns to Amy to tell her to start trusting him if you look very closely during that scene you will notice that he is wearing his jacket that was earlier taken by the angels. The monsters said to appear are Cybermen, Daleks, Sontaran, Silurians, the Hoix, Judoon. There are also many others rumoured to appear but I can't remember them at the moment have a look at the Big Bang article on TARDIS wiki. I also have a theory of my own shortly after the final episode of series 4 Russel T Davis hopes that Davros will return in the future my theory is can it be possible that shortly after the Doctor and his companions left the crucible before it blew up could Davros have been pulled into a crack. Oh yeah the creatures pulled into the cracks are said to be stored in the pandorica, which when opened releases them. The Death Zone featured in the five doctors was rumoured to be the setting from pics of the set although this was disproved due to the production team stating they were pictures of the pandorica Can't wait for the final two parter and James Corden's here next week. On top of all that some of the doctor's friends are returning although these friends are thought to be from the new series not the Christopher Ecleston - David Tennant years.
