Ok, so i was reading Skin Trade by.... Someone. (for the ninth time) - BTW, its where i stole the idea of weretigers from- and in the book, which is set in america, every state had a vampire master that makes sure everything is running smoothly in the state. If we introduced that idea here it would take some pressure off of Tan, Phil and Avril, plus it would give us - the other role players - a chance to run a certain part of w4.

not really, you could just go around the world asking old, strong vampires with experiencing (and possibly a lot of people in their coven) to rule the area.

and vampires could ask you if they could run an area. *cough* kirk *cough*

Isn't the idea of the coven that they stay together though? And most of the coven are on the council. They might not want to move in order to rule an area.

Big countries mainly... so, not Britain, but maybe China, America, Russia.

If someone is naughty then they are killed and replaced.

Oh, sorry.... Hmmm.... Not too keen. :/ for one thing, it'd be dividing power, and vampires ain't the most trustworthy. :/ Personally, I wouldn't mind too much, but I don't think Avril or Phillippe would want it.
