well one i was going to use for ella is astral premonition. To have vision of the future, but instead your astral body is in the premonition and then ur body is unconcious

i think precog viewing would be best, since she can already, see, draw and have instics about the future.

duplicate oxygen molecules

Maybe he can only duplicate a certain amount at a time? Or it tires him? Maybe point out that its only O2 he can duplicate, not other gases.
