you seen the season 2 gag reel, tho? Can you remember when Jill was around, and Chuck and Sarah got covered in the sweet powder, and had to go for an emergency shower And then Casey helps Chuck escape by like, letting him stand on his shoulders of something It's been ages since I saw that episode, I disliked Jill But yeah, in the gag reel, Zac literally flies at Casey, and he ends up like, carrying him around, with Zac's legs wrapped around his shoulders and head in crotch I CRIED AT THAT ONE. ACTUAL TEARS OF LAUGHTER.

And Zac's actually really funny I watched all the Season 1 bonuses, when I had nothing to do for 4 days There was like, an hour interview with him and Josh Gomez, Josh Schwarz - who claimed to be Sarah Lancaster, aka Ellie - and Chris Fedak, who said he was Capt. Awesome, aka Ryan McPartlin

But nothing can make you awesomer than taking 200 people to Subway, simply because 'You're all geeks, like me! I've finally found a room where I'm cool! If I could, I would take you all to subway, for a sandwich... Who's hungry?'

He and Josh were doing the whole 'no personal space' thing, as well, at the end of the interview He had the final shot, where it was just his head, and he was meant to say goodbye, but Josh got out of his seat, and literally went over, and put his lips millimetres away from Zac's cheek. And then when Zac was saying goodbye, he said 'Tell them I say goodbye, too.' And Zac just turned to him and was like, 'Dude, they can probably hear you on my mic!'
