What CAN'T she do, in total?

it keeps herself alive. So if she was going to be attacked she will know how to fight or dodge the attacks, naturally. She would know how to keep herself in order to survive dangerous situations. But if she is distracted by this, then she could be at harm.
If her body is injured then it wouldn't heal but try and protect it from any infections plus try and stop it from being fatal
With life threatning situations, it will keep herself alive for a sufficent amount of time or however long it can, but she can die/ not straight away though.
