I have thought of that. Ace will be the first recruit and the "leader" (not really, just the one that keeps a little order and stuff.) of the small military group, while it expands at least. But he will still begin with one power. I think it would be pretty conveniant if the crescent organisation go on television or take up posters to reecruit people. Or it could be like auditions, an that Luke will detect which ones that are useful and those that ain´t. Which one seems most compelling?

I'd guess that they'd try to advertise for recruitment, but obviously they couldn't be completely honest about what they were recruiting for, they'd need some sort of cover. Maybe recruit from the armed forces, or something? Set up some independant military group? And yeah, Luke would detect them all to see who'd get good abilities, who'd be too much danger of losing control, who'd stay loyal etc.

How would they know about people, though? That'd be far too vague for detection, and I can't see them randomly passing the correct people in the street like how Luke met Dave and Tyler.
