I don't like either of those 
First one looks more like some aerokinetic or seismic blast, and the second looks like using terra to open a hole in the ground (even though it's SPN and a portal to hell )
I've used the plasma one for my char with that ability, but I won't change the main image if you prefer the older one.

Could you call that teaching someone to negate (using Negation) an energy-based attack, or does it die too spectacularly?

Same I thought it'd be better than the current one, in some aspects, cause I don't really picture it with the coloured light, but it ought to really be showing someone else your memories, not showing yourself another person's memories - that's the main aspect. I'll wait for Rajan's opinion on Engulfing, since it's his ability.... or I'll wait a little while, anyway

i like the engulfing one but its a tall guy :/ and i dnt like the auto sense one or thought projection

So you're vetoing it cause the guy's tall, when other images have the wrong gender, wrong race..... basically stuff which is much more obvious?

Actually, maybe one of the Heroes flashbacks could be used for Recall, or when telepathy was used to search memories in Cold Wars.

One would be able to explain to others how to access and control the abilities, and would then potentially be able to share them, but only after having spent time teaching the ability. Sometimes the person would also need to be in similar circumstances as when it'd been manifested, or have a similar emotional trigger. The ability just makes it possible.

Which one for Ability Teaching? With the first, I could give the character something like Energy Transfusion too.
