No idea. Rajan's the only one who can do that, I just use the double ones, like this- " ". If I'm editing his pages, I sometimes even copy and paste the symbol for continuity

But you don´t use " this one when you for example is writing don´t. I have to use this one ´ because I don´t know how to make ' this one-

It's just the appostrophe button. Usually on the right of the keyboard, on mine it also has a @ symbol on it. Or is the design of laptops different in Sweden?
