I thought it was a bit repetitive Erm.. I can't think Some scene where everyone things the character is dead then it wakes up I would say SPN All Hell Breaks Loose, but it doesn't show Sam waking up, and Chuck versus the Cliffhanger doesn't show Sarah waking up either :/

There probably is somewhere, I just can't think of one At the beginning of Season 5 of Supernatural, Sam & Dean are like consumed by the white light, and then appear on the plane.. That could work?

Nah, don't think so.... actually one with the death too wouldn't work, with the time gap. But I think the one I've chosen looks ok. The violent shredding effect kinda suggests an earlier death
