Weaknesses: She's become highly jaded, and trusts very few, meaning that she could refuse help because of this distrust. She's almost lost hope, but refuses to admit so. She's physically weak despite her fighting skills and experience, and she has no offensive ability unless she borrows one.

Strengths: She's learned to be a skilled fighter, adept at hiding herself and protecting herself. She can also easily adapt to using new abilities. She's a skilled communicator and worker, from her free life, although she's rarely given the chance to use these skills, these days.

Personality: The first thing noticed about Cadyn's personality nowdays is how bitter, hurt and jaded she has become. She rarely seems to come out of her shell, and she trusts very few people. She doesn't show much of her original personality, and possibly only Jake would be able to even describe it.

Brief history: Cadyn was raised in Manhattan as the youngest of 4 daughters, and she had only just finished her first year as a trainee social worker when abilities were exposed. When people learned that she was an EH, she instantly lost her job. She was enslaved before she even learned what was going on, but escaped after a year, and after another year, she met Jake while fighting. They have been a couple fighting together ever since. She once tried to travel back in time to kill him before he could lose control, saving him from himself, but this failed after her past self saved him, and she's now searching for a different way to change the future.

Confirmed victims: Many while fighting, she has never kept count. Jake, but he was saved.

Brief history: Cadyn was raised in Manhattan as the youngest of 4 daughters, and she had only just finished her first year as a trainee social worker. After her future self killed Jake and changed time, she as a result gained all of her memories, and after learning that the future hadn't altered enough, she chose to save Jake.

Lou is also quite quirky and can be hyperactive. She's generous and has a wacky but fantastic sense of humour. She is determined and very stubborn and will go out of her way to prove that she right about anything, whether she believes she is right or not.

Brief history: Louise was born 7th January 1990 and she is an only child and she was considered a "miracle baby". Her mother had a faulty heart valve, something that was only discovered when she was already pregnant, which is why Louise was delivered six weeks early. Her mother got a replacement heart valve, but was told not to have another child. She had a happy childhood, and when she was seven years old, her parents moved from their nice house in Essex to New York for her father's work. They lived there for the remainder of Louise's childhood.

However, when Louise was eighteen, she decided she wanted to return to England for university and spent four years getting a batchelor's degree in Law. Her parents also moved back to England, claiming they missed it, but upon graduating from the University of Bath, she returned to the United States and currently lives with her childhood and family friend Asher Turner in his apartment in New York City. Louise is looking for a job and has been paying her rent by working as a bartender.

Brief history: Jake grew up in San Francisco, but left when he was 18 years old. He graduated and then moved again, to New York, where he joined the police. He became a detective inspector. However, after abilities were exposed, he was stripped of his rank, and nearly captured. He then manifested Energy Manipulation and lost control. Escaping, he began the resistance which would eventually cause the war.

Strengths: He is pretty good at thinking two steps forward because of his visions and he is strong-willed. He is extremely good at math and can use this in different situations. He is very intelligent because of one of his enhanced intelligence.

Personality: Jared is pretty witty at times but mostly he is deep in his own thoughts. He He has an habit of drifting away in those thoughts even when he is in serious or dangerous situations. He is pretty calm-hearted and level-headed and so he don't get excited too easily. However, he can get a little dreamy sometimes and when he do, he lets go of the rational and logical thinking that he otherwise holds so dear.


Brief history: Jared was raised by a single mother that cared for him and his sister deeply. However, they didn't afford the most expensive schools but Jared succeeded pretty good with his career and became an economic. However, he didn't like it very much and when he though about quitting, he activated his second ability and saw the future where he would live an unfulfilling and boring life if he continued his job, and so he quit. He then took another job, as a smoothie maker at a smoothie place to try and find out how he could change his life, and the disastreous future ahead.

He is nearly bald and has very dark skin plus near black eyes. His teeth are well aligned from braces in his youth but are covered in coffee stains. He has no scars or tattoos. He wears cheap plain clothes in dull colours.

Job: A chef in a prison where Caryn is being held. He is oblivious to the nature of the prison, evolved humans and powers. He isn't too happy with his job and just does it to get paid, zoning out when anything interesting happens and missing everything.
Family: Parents live in Delaware. No siblings or children.
Skills: A good cook. Can do basic DIY task and is good with cars. Can drive cars, vans and motorbikes.
Weaknesses:

• Unhealthy & overweight. Not good for fleeing or fighting.

Personality: Patrick/Paddy is a nice enough guy, just a little boring. That's what all the women he's dated would say anyway. He likes to keep things simple and is averse to danger. They say pressure creates diamonds but he's avoided pressure and so he's nothing like he could be. He's likely to become a kinder, more heroic person if anything happens.
Brief history: Nothing in his life has been out of the ordinary so far. He had a decent childhood and teenage years. He was never really brave enough to do anything risky so he didn't have any dangerous teenage exploits. He used to be good at sports and kept it up well into his thirties but then dropped it all, preferring TV and food. He has turned into a couch potato. His working life has been mainly part time and temporary jobs. He never found his calling and drifted from job to job, unhappy. He worked on becoming a cook in his late thirties since it was the job he disliked the least and he was fairly good at it. His life has been pretty much the same since then. His grandparents have given up nagging him about grandchildren and doubt his ability to get a wife. He wants to change his life but doesn't know what he wants it to be like or how to get there. Luckily he'll end up having it changed for him.

Everything has been ordinary... until the day of the raid on the prison. He will manifest, be terribly confused and end up leaving with the raiders. The group that captured Caryn knew he had the potential to manifest and employed him so they could watch him.
