First one's good Not sure about the second. The glass doesn't make the effect as clear. Can you find one of him phasing through something else, like the jail cell in the current one?

First one is Escape Skill. Last one of the first post, if you want it in colour? The one in the second post kinda looks like it could be some sort of fire or temperature immunity.

and well the temperature immunity wouldnt really work because hes a fireman with a fireman suit on.

I don't think the phasing effect is too obvious to stop it looking like slipping the ropes.

Really? Would the suit protect him that much from the fire? It could be a first manifestation - Fire Immunity would be a good ability for a fireman.
