Start watching Supernatural?

I have a qquestion about the show before I watch it. How scary it is? I get easily frightened and then I can have a hard time sleeping for a long time. I want to watch it vut don't really know if I should or not. What do you guys think?

Well, it can be pretty scary.... it is awesome though. I just don't know if it'd be too much for you, given what you've said.

The first season is the scariest, by far but it's not too bad It's true, a few of the episodes have left me mentally scared - Family Remains - but they're generally all great episodes. It's worth watching - it also stops with the "Scary" thing about half way through the second season I'm pretty pathetic at scary things, but I was fine with supernatural It's worth it.

Only because the corridor outside my room looked just like the scary scene in Asylum *hmph*

Does the name Bloody Mary recall anything?

Fine, there are a few episodes that are mentally scaring - Bloody Mary, No Exit and Family Remains..

It's Skin which really freaked me out. Or half the ones with shapeshifters

I tend to dislike it when you don't know who you can trust, when one of the heroes could actually be the monster So shapeshifters are really freaky.

I have started watching the show now, and it's AWESOME!!! I'm totally obsessed. I can't see that many episodes per day because of school and I have just started, but wow. I have just seen Scarecrow. And I haven't been mentally traumatized yet, so...

I love it First 5 seasons are the best.

Now I am at the end of Season 5. The show is absolutely amazing. Can't stop to watch.

Kay, I will. Now I know I will not see it tonight, because then I would have to see the start of Season 6, and I have something called school tomorrow.

Now I have seen the ending! Wow! It definetely was a cliffhanger, but Supernatural almost always finish with one of those. I loved and hated the episode at once. I loved how everything was taken to its edge and the surprising twists. However, I hated when Cas and Bobby died but I also hated they were brought to life. I get that Supernatural likes its revivals but that one seemed a little forced, since Cas has been regenerated I don't know how many times by "god" and stuff. This time, it kind of cheapened their sudden deaths. However, I loved how the childhood memories made Sam able to take control of his own body and that he dragged Michael with him, that surprised me. I also liked when the prophet were talking, he actually fit as a narrator voice I think. So, over all, a great episode.

Will go and see the opening episode of Season 6 now.

I think it's probably my fav episode ever I absolutely love all of Chuck's narrations, and the montage of memories - that was really beautiful. Plus I'm a sucker for tragic, sacrificial endings (I count it as that even though you see Sam at the end, I'd have been a nervous wreck otherwise, and I did spend the minutes before then chanting "someone save Sam" constantly under my breath)

Yeah, it was kind of awesome.
