Wouldn't the Grim Reaper be too powerful? I mean, kill with a touch? Nah, too powerful. But you could RP as the Grim Reaper if someone decides to stop RPing with a character. Therefore, it's resolved. But of course, you need to work out if they are really killing the character off or it's just a fake out
i know it's a while back but i'll just answer it, no i have some rules in mind that would stop him getting too powerful and if we make this world i will explain them in the profile
