My sis just pointed out to me. In the 2nd season of Doctor Who in the episode 'Fear Her', the Doctor is carrying the Torch, on television, broadcast all over the world. Won't that mean Donna will see it and regain all her memories? Or will she miss it? I doubt it though, it's such a big event in England.

The question is, would when the 10th Doctor partially regenerated in 'Stolen Earth' count as a regeneration? If so, does that mean Matt is the 12th?

thing i hate about the new doc is that he is constantly blaming his mistakes on old age
