I really liked it.
So the powdery stuff, was what caused the dream and he was the dream master, but something happened because when he aw his reflection he saw the dream guy too.

Yeah, but why didn't he see his normal reflection? I think that was hinting it's had some permanent effect on him.

The producers have hinted that in "Flesh and Stone" the scene where the doctor leaves with River and Father Octavian and then returns to tell Amy that she needs to start trusting him now has been said that there is something important about the scene as if the Doctor has arrived from the future and told Amy this before leaving again.

I wouldn't say so although a dark side of the Doctor, which was created somewhere between his 12th and final regenerations appeared in the origional classic series under the name the Valeyard.
