They have basiclly took Theroes and before they were reavled and put them in. like Charles ability

Don't forget, Arthur took telepathy from someone. I don't see where they got "dreams" from though......unless that's their interpretation of what others call astral projection.

No, I'm the same. It just doesn't "feel" right to me. I reckon, he had telepathy, and Arthur stole that, then he used the formula and got AP

i think, that he had his telepathy. but im not too sure if arthur stole it

because linderman and charles were friends, and he wouldnt let arthur just take it...

Maybe if they'd already developed the formula, so Charles knew he'd get an ability back.

You know when people say why didnt Linderman heal Charles. maybe Its because Cahrles was dying of old age, Linderman cant stop people from getting old. Because who said he had an illness?

maybe, but they didnt really inject themselves, cus they never knew it would work properly, thats why they had test subjects
