It might be a Royal Egyptian as it is an Egyptian Godess on the the OE

Royal Egyptians wouldn't have been called Queens or "your majesty" though

They'd be known as Queen but that was in latter years when the Egyptian Kings and Queens were Greek ie Cleopatra. The Pharoah was the ruler of Egypt so they can't be Egyptian have u considered they may not be human.

The way he just said "the Queen" to Amy seemed to suggest otherwise to me

Yeah it's a queen obviously not egyptian but as he said it was in space he could be reffering to a Queen that is alien.

I'm just thinking if that was the case he'd have said Queen of.....

That too. I doubt an alien race would use the same terms of respect. Plus when Amy asked he just said "the Queen"
