World 3 SL

World 3 is currently sort of dying a death, so I was wondering if we should try to come up with a worldwide SL for it, or try to move it along or something.

I was thinking... how many years are we from 5YG?

Idk. With my chars I'm sort of building up to where I'd want them to be at that point. But no one else has really been RPing there to get to that point.

I think we need a new threat ddifferent from EH's as if the government is hunting EH's like they are with my char then why don't we introduce a new threat like a new super villain or some thinking that would have a worldwide effect.

It's supposed to follow/lead up to 5YG though. And the mega villain is basically what's happening in W8
