Weaknesses: He does not tend to get emotional, but when he does, it weakens him.

Strengths: He is an outstanding agent, is not easily shocked, and keeps everyone at an arms length. It's impossible, he felt, to be a good agent, when he has people he cares about.

Personality: Devon's personality is very complex, and he must often change it, to match his different roles. Deep down, he is still not over his parent's death, and he struggles with his emotions, so he hides and ignores them.

[color=dodgerblue]Brief history: Devon grew up with his parents, as an only child, living and breathing for a minor agency named LC Industries. It was founded by his parents, and his godfather, Scott Larsson, designed to help people with abilities. All of the founders had abilities. When Devon was 9 years old, both of his parents were killed while on a mission. He stayed at LC Industries, nowhere else to go, and Scott Larsson became like a father to him. Until Scott Larsson died three days before Devon's 15th birthday. The control of LC was passed down to Scott's nephew, Charles Baldwin, because it was clearly stated in Devon's parents' will that until his 25th birthday, Devon was to remain a mere agent. He began proper missions on his 15th birthday. He continued with missions, until one led him to Saint Louis, where he met Ellie Maddox. Returning to the base, he chose Ellie over Charles, and he removed Devon's ability.
