World 3 new arc

We still going with this idea? Any suggestions of how the partially healed and altered virus could screw people up? I'm guessing Teagan ought to be affected since she was patient zero and all. And I kinda need SLs

Also, are we gonna go into any of S3 at all? I definitely want to do the destruction of Pinehearst and bring my Resistance into that, but I'm not sure what to do with my canons.

Erm, I don't think removing the powers - altering them? Making them have to opposite effect? Making them uncontrollable?

That's a cool idea Might be fun to try RPing Teagan as ridiculously emotional for a change Wonder what Absorption would reverse as though. Or Animalistic Mimicry. I guess that could keep giving her the wrong mimicked trait?

Any ideas what I can do with my canons? How to get Matt and Haley to meet, or to get more canons involved?

A new idea I've had for W3, but can't go into for a while with the explanation I've in mind, is that someone somehow manages to give abilities to all NEHs globally, or just in the country or the city if you think global would be too much. There'd be chaos from that, people unable to control their new abilities and increased crime and all that, and our characters would have to try to find a way to understand how it'd happened and reverse it. What do you think?

Also, what do you think of someday involving the Carnival in W3? I know we did it in the alternate timeline, but it hasn't appeared in the new timeline yet.

Maybe the person could not be completely resistant to their own power? Like IR maybe they could get radiation poisoning and burns, same with pyrokinesis etc.

Teagan isn't immune to any of her own powers though, not that I've RPed her like that. How would you be immune to Animalistic Mimicry or Emotion Suppression?

What do you think of the giving NEHs powers idea? I've basically extrapolated it from a character whom I want to give abilities to some individuals.

Any ideas of how to get Operation Saving Charlie started in W3? I'm not sure if I want to do the Primatech SL after that or before.

Are we still thinking of eventually bringing the Carnival into the new timeline in S3? If we do, can I have Lydia and Edgar ending up a couple there? Or in W11?
