With PoE Manip, what could the person do in each plane?

physical plane, is basically reality, so be able to manipulate reality.
astral plane, could allow one to astral project, see spirits and communicate
causal plane recall on past experiences, see memories that you have forgotten, see what has happened
akshic plane is where all knowledge is stored in the universe, so basically could know everything and anything about the world if they access it
messianic plane, see the love for others, etc.
buddhaic plane ( this is the only one i dont get thats why im searching for it but i keep getting confused.)
