My abilities, opinions?

Technoshifting (not sure of the name)

The ability to shift machines and make them change into another, or just to alter them. Using this ability, you could for example give a machine an additional function, or an extra component. You could also fix it by removing the broken part and adding a new, fixed part.

An ability which interlinks visible illusions, sedation and manipulation of emotions (I know it could sound weird, but there's a char in VK who seems to have it - it's called Illusion there, but the examples of her using it are more like Feral Rage and making people sleep....)

so they induce sensations into others? basically kind of altering their emotions and senses?

Tbh, I'm not sure how it works, just thought it was a potential idea Naming it Illusion there suggests she can make people see things too, but that's never been clearly shown.

i read on the vk wiki that she makes E leve vamps fight each other :/ i have no idea

That's another example of use I'm not sure if she did that through a Primal Rage type effect, or if she illusioned the other vamps as enemies.

What about names?

Another idea I found in a book, not sure if I could explain or name it correctly though. Basically, the character is able to accurately control her position in space and use this to levitate herself and fly.

Ermm... i will say its a form of sense manipulation as well as feelings. Maybe sensation control?

Nah, synesthokinesis (or whatever Latin for sense is ) would be an alternate name for Sense Manipulation, that's a lot more complete manipulation. It's basically illusion which tricks emotions/sensations as well as the 5 senses And idk if it works by light and air like Illusion is meant to.

Nice suggestion If you're going for the Latin, use it completely and not a hybrid The books are The Age Of Five trilogy, but I doubt you've heard of them.

Location Levitation? Cause it let you levitate yourself by manipulating your location? Spatial Levitation? Spatial Flight?

Affliction

The ability to cause old injuries, illnesses and conditions to resurface, regardless of whether they were healed or if they healed naturally. Can be fatal if the victim has enough of a past, and if the use is potent enough.

I've seen the name used somewhere before but I can't remember if it's something else Anyway, thought it could be a good villain ability. Might tie it into a soon-to-be-used future SL

Narrative Teleportation

Ability to teleport oneself by writing a location down. One would be unable to teleport without doing this, or do anything else with writing.

Verbal Teleportation

Ability to teleport oneself by naming locations aloud.

Containment

Ability to form a shield-like sphere or box through which no abilities can pass and take effect. Unlike normal forcefields, it doesn't only block offensive attacks or targeted abilities, it blocks all. Clairvoyance, PI, sensing etc. wouldn't be able to detect a person contained within the box, and no one would be able to break in to rescue them - it'd be like they ceased to exist in ability terms once the box is raised. The person's abilities can be used within the box, but their effects can't go through the box either.

i think its on activating evolution and yeah cool abilities. you just thinking of teleporting abilities?

I thought of how Ash tends to narrate herself to places and thought of an ability which could do just that And then the vocal equivalent.

That one's more like Nonexistence. It doesn't let you use it on other people, and it'd probably stop people from seeing you too, while I'm thinking abilities only.

I'm adding Containment now, but I think I'll wait with the teleportation ones, and see if I can find suitable images or think of people to give them to.

Oneiric Reality Manipulation

Ability to manipulate reality via one's dreams. It means that if one dreams of something, it will automatically become true (as opposed to Precog Dreaming which means you dream it because it'll be true). The dreams will be incredibly clear and vivid, which could help distinguish between precog dreams if a person had both. Sometimes all of a person's dreams act like this, and sometimes it's a fraction of them. The person could also potentially develop an aspect enabling them to control their dreams in order to control how they affect reality, or possibly someone would need to also possess Lucid Dreaming to do that.
