They really should look into that. Same with Rajan's class, if no one got more than a D.

Oh yeah, and my chemistry teacher was investigated because her classes were getting really low marks and they found out she is only qualified to teach junoir level chemistry and yet she's been teaching GCSE and A level

Aren't they meant to check stuff like that before they employ someone? And doesn't it also get checked whenever a school gets an inspection?

I don't know, apparently she won't be able to teach above junior next year but no further action will be taken
