i think i ate something dodgy, and i was sick on monday and cought out a bit of blood

i thought food posioning but i would of been way worse. maybe an allergy, but i got to go back to the docs friday. and she gave me some stupid sachets that i have to put in water and drink. and im not allowed to eat anything for a day
