and i will have a dent in my finger by the amount of writing i need to do

The entire side of my hand was black with ink People kept thinking it was a bruise, and freaking out. But that's just cause I'm left handed.

i have weird hands and i cant hold a pen the "correct way" so the pen always rests on my middle finger, when then leaves me with a dent in there after every exam

I used to get told off by my year 1 teacher, because I could never hold my pencils right - I used to get to use the special triangle ones, it was awesome

Mine's semi-permenant - it's slightly deformed my fingernail, as gross as they sounds.. And I never write enough in exams, that's my 'biggest problem that we need to fix as soon as possible before it becomes to serious'.
