IT WAS AMAZING except for the end, I was like "How dare they try to steal our Torchwood?!!!!!!!!" And he's right, that toll bridge is annoying Needs burning.

i love the idea but they i thought why are they calling it miracle day shouldn't it be miracle days or miracle week?

i missed the second but watched it last night. And now im just thinking that the whole miracle day storyline is just a way to kill off jack.

I was thinking that, too, from the first episode But we don't really know that he's become mortal, its not like the normal humans don't bruise, either. Or maybe that's just be hoping that they're red-herring-ing and trying to scare us. And hang on, doesn't he need to stay alive to eventually become the Face of Boe?

I think he will become the Face of Boe at the end of this series. I've been thinking this since episode 1 when they cut that burnt man's face off and he was still alive. Perhaps Jack somehow gets his head decapitated as the 'miracle'' wears off or fades then like The Doctor's hand he's head is kept in a jar for years and years.

However In Children of Earth he was blown up and is still ok so It wouldn't really work. Also now that 'Starz' has taken some control over Torchwood I don't think they would let Jack turn into the Face of Boe as American's aren't familiar with Tennant's Doctor as Doctor who started to air over there when Matt Smith took over. So therefore they wouldn't be familiar with the Face of Boe.

Even if Jack does turn into the Face of Boe at the end of this series then that would rule out is Doctor Who return in 2013 for the 50th anniversary or even early as Stephen Moffat want's Jack to make an appearance. Jack was meant to be 'In A Good Man Goes To War' but he was filming Miracle Day.

Also Russel T Davies is leaving Torchwood after Miracle Day so this could be the last series. I suppose Jack doesn't have to die or become the Face of Boe after Miracle Day as long as they give it a good ending. Then he is free to star in Doctor Who again.

something definately is going to happen to him because firstly he needs to either be changed in some way as the actor will keep aging and jack doesnt suppose to age. So unless the miracle makes him age or he does turn into the face of boe. (although i might laugh at the transformation of that )

what you think of the new one?

It was ok.... kinda obvious that Rex and Esther would turn up, if you think about it. I liked the flashbacks though.
