He repeated the goodbye and then left, climbing back down into the main palace. He grabbed his bags and was just about to leave when Tannith entered the hallway. He then briefly explained again why he was leaving.
I'll be back again in a few days, I expect, he concluded, passing through the doors. Oh, and congratulations.
