World 11/World 5.5

I've an idea for another world, a World 11 or maybe a World 5.5 if Rajan protests too much I'd have it set in Volume 3, like the Villains world we tried before. Personally I'd have it starting at Dying Of The Light, or a bit earlier or later if it'd suit others more. After that arc, maybe we could follow canon and go on to Volume 4, since we haven't had characters being hunted for a long time?

Regarding how many abilities, I think I'd rather a larger amount. Maybe 3 or 4?

As you may have seen, I got carried away and created the world without waiting for any input So far, Pippy's said she likes the idea though, and will think up some characters soon.

Do we want to divide up all the canons in this world like we do in W5 or W8, or mainly a sharing policy like we do in W2? Anyway, I'm having Peter I've used Arthur and the rest of the Pinehearst team too, but anyone's welcome to use them, or take them completely if you've more of a SL for them. Maybe Arthur ought to be an open character like in W5, because he's so main in the first arc of this world too?

Maybe a mixture of both - call the ones you want, then just share the smaller ones?

I want Any of the most main Canon chars. This would be my first chance to get one. Like Matt, Nathan, etc. You know, the main ones. And then I can like make my own SL's for them. MWHOAHAHA!!!

You can have anyone except Peter, and I'm guessing Sylar.... might want to keep Tracy for Rajan in case he restarts, if you don't mind. I think Matt and Nathan'd be fine. I know, I'm not grabbing both Petrelli brothers, for once. I'm amazed at myself.

What powers would they have? I guess both of them would manifest at least one or two powers more than what they allready have?

In W11 it's 4 abilities, so you can choose 3 more
