Well, I was wondering if she could read her own history and see Angela's face, or maybe the name on her birth certificate But I guess that wouldn't work. Maybe if she was augmented? Also, my char's ability allows her to kinda "read" people's DNA, so if they met maybe she could recognise that?

And I was going to go with the birth certificate thing, but old and worn from being stuffed in a drawer and removed so many times when she was at the foster home that the name would have been partially rubbed off or something xD

That's a great birth certificate then I was guessing she'd lost hers, like my sister's lost hers about 5 times by now..... maybe she'd have the first name? Or nothing at all?

Maybe nothing at all, having lost it or something and she's slowly made her way by asking the right questions to the right people.
