Not exactly sure at the moment, he sort of controls what happens, he's never really tried to create anything like a massive storm before, just changing the weather from like sunny to raining and such

Yeah, ignore the categories bit, I fucked up and couldn't change them xD

It took me a while to learn how to change categories if I'd accidentally put a page in the wrong one, like once I was on autopilot and put an ability as a character

I was just wondering, cause you've listed him as having Weather Creation (which, as the name suggests, only creates different conditions) but then you put Weather Control as an alternate name. Sounds more like Weather Manip.

Whatever works the best, I found is a Weather Control is all.

I'd expect so You could even link to Weather Manip whilst calling it Weather Control, unless that makes Rajan's brain explode But then he got confused when Pippy used Immortality to describe one character's regen.... he made an Immortality page for it
