The comics generally confuse me, but maybe that's cause I've only been able to read a handful, and get summaries of a handful more.... I've missed the majority.

They aren't the greatest creation ever, but they're worth reading definitely

I already basically know what happens though

But you don't know every single intimate detail about what goes on in Spike's life and I think we can all appreciate that is the important part Do you know the Bangel spoilers too? because if not, I'd recommend just reading the last 4 or 5 for them?

The last 4 or 5 (or 8 or 10, I can't remember exactly ) are basically the ones I have had summarised, it's the middle I'm lost on And the newer, S9 ones and the Angel & Faith ones (which are the ones I like )

Yeah, they're painful at points The middle's quite good, I'd say the ending's the best bits, but there's some good faith ones and an interesting future bit that does I believe make Xander the only of the core four with no deaths. Season 9's quite good and I've got a few of the Angel & Faith ones, but I still haven't started Angel: After the Fall so

With Willow, does her future death count then? That's another part I've read about but I'm not sure I actually get.... that seems to happen a lot....

I counted it Erm, they haven't explained much of it - you know about the Fray comics, right? Where the scythe was originally and all? Well, Buffy travelled there - I can't remember why now, I think Willow called her somehow or something and then Willow was being all Dark and Evil Willow and working with Fray's evil brother and then Buffy stabbed Willow whilst Willow was gloating about how she wouldn't kill her then Buffy went home and worried about the future Actually, Willow didn't take her to the future.. because she was surprised she was there, I'm not sure how Buffy got to the future

Sounds like you didn't really get it either All I seem to understand is that Willow is evil there and gets killed. And that it's like 200 years in the future and everything's weird (like all the Slayers died out til it suddenly woke up again in Fray and her twin brother). And I'm not sure how Willow's still alive there.

She tapped into Dark Willow and I'm assuming used magic to keep herself alive
