Rented it this week, overall I liked it. It's a good teenage fantasy romance film. I thought the scene where she's witch-fighting her cousin is really good, as is that cousin's intro. And the ending really fooled me. Didn't guess both twists. I was almost crying with how I thought it was going, and I loved how the burned sign post made him remember. For a second there I thought they'd end vague and make the viewer have to decide if he remembers or not.
However, there are a couple of kinda plotholes which bug me. It doesn't really explain the curse or the dreams fully. If the curse claims every female in her family for evil, how come her aunt and gran seem good? Or good compared to others, anyway. And I kinda felt as if they were meant to be the reincarnations of the pair who'd started the curse, only it never got properly explained. Also, what was the background between Makin and Ethan's mum?
