I was guessing a day or two

well ive lasted longer than i've thought so far, but im gnna try and keep it going.

surprisingly i find it easier when not at home, as i tend to pig out and when im in london i control what i buy

It's easier when you're buying the food instead of grabbing your family's food? That's true. Or it is if you have enough self-control not to buy more food anyway.

By making myself automatically associate pringles with cardboard. I'm trying to do the same with other things too

i do, thats what makes it so hard. By trying to convince myself it tastes like something nasty, i try to make myself come up with an excuse to not eat them
