In Into Asylum, the shapeshifter gets shot and then killed by Sylar, in Sylar's form, so Danko uses that to fake Sylar's death. How does he explain the gunshot wound though? If it'd really been Sylar, it'd have healed leaving no trace. And Danko would have known not to shoot at Sylar's torso anyway!
