1. I guess it's some weird halfway house, with bringing some characters back, linking others like these twins and Claire, but not mentioning others at all.
2. I think Claire's death makes sense. Or the method does anyway. It's another example of killing off a regen by removing the ability. Like Adam. And we saw during the eclipse that she was really vulnerable even when she lost the ability temporarily.
3. I think the couple makes sense. Isn't it a typical reasoning for characters who hate EHs/powers? I think the FOH guy in X-Men had a similar background.
4. Matt's been manipulated by threatening his family before

It was just strange that the baby took the ability but never used it because he took hiro's straight after. And the way that Angela assumes she knows his power is weird. She just says he's a petrelli, he must have absorbed her power

Well the event was to unite people with powers with the normal world, and they attended and their son died from the explosion. However, it was the way they went straight from losing their son to assassins which was unrealistic.

I guess, but Matt can just control people. He was threatening to kill her daughter at one point and im just thinking, just tell her to put him on the list

Compared to Primatech? What do you mean? I thought you were talking about the series in general.

Yeah, that is strange I thought you meant the kid absorbed and kept multiple powers. But he's sort of like Peter's Ability Replication, with one power replacing the earlier one? And obviously Angela's right - the inheritance of multiple powers goes father to son to great nephew

Doesn't Matt not like using his power, though? He normally only uses it when forced to/emotionally blackmailed/someone threatens Matt Jnr.

it was just the way that erica had rounded up the EH's. Primatech was just a better setup and didn't make much sense.

yeah, not like arthur's. He takes them but once he takes another, he loses the previous.

nah, they showed a flashback where one of the EH's that survived came to give his sympathies after he learnt about their son's death and thank the husband as he saved him, and his wife just killed him :/

well he uses it to control all the evolved humans at the halfway house to do his bidding and follow his every command

They're finally showing it in this country? It says a lot that even Channel 5 pushed it off to one of their smaller channels. I stopped watching around halfway through because it got so bad, and the plot summaries for the rest of the episodes make it sound like I made the right decision. From the sounds of it they completely abandoned rules they set up in the same episodes. Did mexican Iron Man ever connect to the plot at all?

I also got the first ebook, the thing is 79 pages long and after all the copyright and publisher notices the story doesn't even start until page 8. If that wasn't bad enough it turns out it's just a novelisation of the first episode including some stuff they cut.

Tim Kring clearly learned nothing from the original run and seemed to go out of his way this time to kill off any good-will for the series the few people had left.

well apparently he is mentioned in some comic/gn thing or a book and he is called hammer. but he isn't mentioned in heroes reborn until the end, but still nothing is really said about it. Its just left as a cliffhanger.

Did they not know at the time that they'd be cancelled? I guess it's a bit like the original Heroes ending, the whole revelation making you want to see what happens next but you never saw it. A bit typical Why don't networks tell programmes they're being cancelled any more, and let them wrap it up neatly? Or is it that specific network? Or Heroes writing trying to save it by cliffhanger when it's passed saving?

i think its usually they find out after that they are getting cancelled, unless they know they are finishing. I believe the tv studios decide whether or not they are going to continue with certain programmes and let them know once they've made their decision. I assume it comes after.

I was just wondering With Buffy, the entire last series seems like they're wrapping it up, and with Angel I know they got cancelled halfway through the last series. But that was a while ago, so maybe the system has changed.
