So you think you have what it takes to be a moderator?
We are looking for a third Moderator and have made up some questions for the it.
The person who gets the most right will become moderator. If two people get the exact same amount, a joint first, say, then it would go on who we think would be better at the job. Fairer.
After you have chosen your answers, please send them via PM to the Head Admin - Rajan.
These are the questions:
1. A fight is breaking out on a thread, and there are no admins online. Would you:
a) lock the thread, and send a PM to the Admins telling them who was involved so they can be banned?
b) join in the fight?
c) wait for it to die down?
2. Somebody spams a message, what do you do?
a) Give them a warning?
b) Edit their message
c) Tell them off
3. A user is being bullied over P.M by another member. Do you?
A) Immediately PM the Admins so they ban the other member
B) Call a peace meeting.
C) ask to see evidence (to make sure it isnt a trick) and then take action depending on the severity of the bullying.
4. You are now a mod and people don't like that they didn't get to be one too, they start teasing you, and making you feel insecure... what do you do?
a) edit their messages
b) tell all the admins
c) suck it up
d) tell them them to shutup, and leave it?
5. A close friend of yours has broken a few of the rules, very severly, what do you do?
A) Tell the Admins, so they can be punished?
B) Delete the posts so no one knows?
C) Give the friend a warning, and tell them how close they came, but that you let them off?
D) Pretend you didn't know?
