She thought, strangely of how she might have to call herself Phillippa, while she was hear, because Pippy was not a very World War Two name, was it? She was going to be Phillippa Max, while she was here, much older.

Suddenly, she turned serious, and after glancing around the room of people, looked Daniel straight in the eye, and said, I love you. This is going to be hard, I know, I can hear it in everyone's thoughts, right now, but you have to make it through this... I need you.
She kept looking into his eyes, waiting for a response, almost lost in the depth of them. She didn't break the hug, or her gaze, staring intently.
