World 3 - Rebuilding New York

We all have our roles to play in the events to come
as New York will slowly recover thanks to us what im asking is that as well as your story lines, when you have nothing to do , help New York some how. The Foundation are bringing life back, eg. Plants
so please post what your character would do and how they would do it and plus we can discuss how to rebuild it

Someone to absorb the radiation would be really useful. Then the plants you put in there won't die and other creatures could return. Can anyone do that?
